Open House Chicago 2018

Did you know that Loyola is hosting two different sites with lakeside views for Open House Chicago this year? For this annual event, the general public can visit dozens of rarely accessible Chicago architectural sites

Designed by Solomon Cordwell Buenz and completed in 2007, Loyola Information Commons is Loyola’s first energy-efficient building.

Piper Hall is one of few surviving lakefront mansions in Chicago. The 1909 Albert G. Wheeler house, bought by Mundelein College in 1934, became part of Loyola University Chicago in 1991.

We hope you’ll include us on your list as you explore all that the city’s neighborhoods have to offer.
