Story Time at the Library

Alumni and their families are invited to participate in Story Time, where they’ll enjoy Spring-inspired stories read by current Loyola students.  Enjoy light snacks at Information Commons to celebrate the season and the start of National Library Week.  Arrive early to attend the Easter Bunny Brunch.  Hosted by the Alumni Relations office.  Register here.

In half-hour sessions, you will have a chance to talk one-on-one with people who have experienced discrimination because of their gender, gender identity, race, beliefs, occupation, demographics, appearance, or experiences.   Snacks will be provided.   Visit our Human Library LibGuide for more information.

Join Dr. Reuben Keller, Associate Professor of Loyola’s Institute of Environmental Sustainability, for a lecture and Q&A session about the Great Lakes, invasive species, and Death and Life of the Great Lakes by Dan Egan.  Cosponsored with Edgewater Village Chicago.  Reception at 6:00 p.m.  Lecture at 6:30 p.m.

Craft @ the Library: Cross Stitch Bookmarks
3:00 – 5:00 p.m.

Join us as we Craft @ the Library!  Come with your own bookmark design or choose amongst provided patterns.  Only 20 spots available!  All materials will be provided.  Please sign up or contact Tori Golden with any questions.
