How would Loyola/Tribune/Star feel about its student newspaper reprinting or having an original “Charlie” type of cartoon shown?
Given current events, would these papers me more likely to allow because of choice or solidarity, or would there be concern over possible repercussions?
I don’t think Loyola wants to be the kind of place to publish such cartoons or encourage such dark satire. To some, laughing at dirty jokes might be worst crime against moral progress, because it is deriving enjoyment at the expense of misunderstood groups. And as a campus that wants to portray itself as an agent of moral progress, such satire risks acting as a kind of poison to the good formation of future moral leaders.
In short, someone would bound to get offended sooner or later in a place like this, should Loyola publish Charlie Hebdo style cartoons. That’s why I think they won’t do it.

Humour is an essential force in the defence of free speech and cartoon satire is a more potent weapon than hate .
