Authors share their inspirations as well as read excerpts from their work. The Alumni Author Spotlight is an extension of a special resource,&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/libblogs.luc.edu\/friends\/alumni-authors\/\">Alumni Authors catalog<\/a>, created by our Friends of the Libraries advisory board member, <br>Dr. Peter Gilmour. Raising awareness of the authors\u2019 accomplishments, encouraging the Loyola community to read diverse topics, and creating a sense of community are the goals of this project.
