Beginning today, January 14th, the Cudahy Library and Klarchek Information Commons at the Lake Shore Campus will welcome guests who are members of the Rogers Park and Edgewater Communities. Guests with valid photo ID are welcome to use the Library and Commons during the following times:
Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Saturday, 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Sunday, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Guests who wish to use the Internet may obtain a Guest Network Account at the second floor Information Desk in the Information Commons. The Guest Network Account allows limited access to the computer network and select electronic resources for two hours and may be renewed based on computer availability. Currently we are unable to provide access to the wireless network for guest users.
Alumni with alumni cards continue to enjoy unrestricted access to all University Libraries, along with access to the computer network, Internet, and select electronic resources. Computer access to the network is limited to 24 hours and must be renewed each time they visit the Information Commons or the University Libraries. Alumni should inquire at the 2nd floor Services Desk of the Information Commons to learn more about computer network access and other services. Currently, we are unable to provide access to the wireless network for Alumni.
Additional access restrictions may apply during final exams and the period of time preceding final exams.
