This workshop will provide an overview of mobile technologies as they are being used by the Loyola University Libraries and in higher education in general. Upon completion of this workshop participants will have an understanding of how various apps and other aspects of mobile devices, or smart phones, can be used to facilitate interaction with and research within the University Libraries. This workshop is intended for students, faculty, and staff who are already familiar with mobile technology, but are curious about academic uses. The workshop intends to be as device neutral as possible, and will not offer set-up or configuration advice for individual devices. [Class size: up to 10]
Open to all Loyola students, faculty, and staff.
