Did you know that the Loyola University Libraries use Facebook to share information on library resources, services, and events? This September, we are encouraging our users to LIKE us on Facebook! It’s a great way to stay up to date and show support for the library.
We’re setting our sights high: we want at least 250 new LIKES so we’ve lined up lots of great events, contests, and prizes as an incentive! Here’s a sneak preview:
- Treasure!
- During the month of September, we’ll hide coins around the library. Find one, prove you’re a Facebook fan, and enter a raffle to win an awesome TV for your apartment or dorm!
- Events!
- How do you feel about free food and prize wheels? Our first event is Thursday, September 8th at 9:30 a.m. in the Information Commons!
- Prizes!
- We’re giving away a Vizio 22″ LCD television, iHome Spacesaver Alarm Clock, gift cards, coupons, and library goodies to people who participate! Not a bad deal in exchange for a single LIKE.
