Citation searching techniques may be used to expand research, using a network of shared citations to identify new scholarly works related to a known source. Citation searching can also identify how many times and where an article has been cited. Discover how citation searching can be a useful research technique. This workshop will compare and contrast two common sources for citation research, the Web of Science database and Google Scholar.
