How to Reserve a Group Study Room

Finals are just around the corner, and that means group study rooms will be in high demand. Below is some useful information regarding group study room reservations, including a new website available for students who wish to reserve a group study room at the Information Commons and Lewis Library:

Cudahy Library – Group study rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis, and can be reserved for a period of 2 hours. To reserve a room, go to the Cudahy Circulation Desk. At least two Loyola IDs must be presented at the time of checkout.

Information Commons – There are approximately 25 Group Study Rooms available in the IC for student use. Rooms may be reserved for 2 hours per day. To make a reservation, use the Group Study Reservation System .

Lewis Library – There are approximately 10 Group Study Rooms available for students to use. To reserve a room, you can use our online Group Study Reservation System . Users can reserve a group study room for up to 2 hours per day.
