Today, among college graduates one year out of school, women still earn on average 82% of what their male colleagues earn. The gap is even larger for minority women and women with disabilities.

Please join us for this informative discussion about the history of the pay gap and how it impacts you today. Learn about your rights regarding equal pay, as well as steps you can take to narrow the gap in your own career. Open to all students, staff, and faculty.
