IC Room 120
If you’ve ever tried to look into the history of a law, even one as well-known as No Child Left Behind orthe USAPATRIOT Act, you’ve probably come across a jumble of resources: Statutes at Large, the United States Code, the Code of Federal Regulations and others. How do you figure out where to look for the information you want? This workshop will help you understand some of these differences and how a law passed through Congress becomes rules enforced in the world. Plus, some tools to help you find information quickly and easily. Questions may be sent to Ben Aldred .
Unless otherwise noted, all workshops will be held in IC-120 and will last for approximately 30 minutes. If you’re not able to attend a workshop, but would like to learn about the topic, please feel welcome to contact us. We can schedule additional workshops for groups, or plan one on one meetings.
