Thursday, April 9th from 1:30pm-2:00pm – Online, via Adobe Connect https://connect.luc.edu/libraryinfo/
Sometimes, you want information from the government that isn’t readily available. That’s where the Freedom of Information Act comes in. This workshop will go over the basics of FOIA, how to compose a request, where to send it, and some of the nuances of the law and its use. Attendees at this workshop may also follow up with the Government Information Librarian for assistance after the workshop for individual requests. Questions may be sent to Ben Aldred .
