2015 Undergraduate Research Paper Award Winners

2015 winners Sheehan & Salatka

Congratulations to Celine Sheehan and Al Salatka, winners of the 2015 University Libraries Undergraduate Research Paper Award! Celine, a senior from Toledo, Ohio, won the first place certificate and a $500 prize for her paper, “Blake, Wollstonecraft, and Vanishing Women.” Al, a senior from Chattanooga, Tennessee, won the second place certificate and a $250 prize for his paper, “‘Doffing their Izod Shirts and Designer Jeans for Sandinista Berets’: How Newspaper Reporters Covered Activism Against Reagan’s Latin American Foreign Policy.”

Dean Bob Seal announced the winners at the closing ceremony of the Undergraduate Research & Engagement Symposium held on Saturday, April 18th.
