Basics of Editing Digital Images

This workshop will introduce the basics editing digital images, focusing on useful tasks to prepare digital images for use on web sites, presentations, slide shows, and printed materials. Participants will learn to understand the fundamental concepts of digital image files and how they can be manipulated, resulting in skills that will be useful regardless of the type of software used to edit images. Basic functions of image editing such as resizing, cropping, sharpening, color correction, selecting portions of an image, and adding type will be covered. [Class size:  up to 14]
