Dr. Keri Ohlrich is an HR leader with 20+ years of experience, co-founder of Abbracci Group, and co-author of The Way of the HR Warrior and Whatever the Hell You Want. She has held leadership roles in startups and Fortune 500 companies, specializing in HR transformation, change management, and team coaching. With a PhD in Human Development and Organizational Systems, Dr. Ohlrich is also a certified coach and change management expert. She is a CASA volunteer and lives in Southern California with her family and two Dachshunds.
