The University Libraries has been selected by the National Library of Medicine (NLM) to host their Traveling Exhibition from October 20 to November 29.

AIDS, Posters, and Stories of Public Health: A People’s History of a Pandemic features six physical posters showcasing images created by artists, activists, and community workers. The exhibit also includes a digital archive, lesson plans, brochures, and other educational materials.

These exhibitions are designed to engage both the academic community and local audiences who may not have had previous opportunities to connect with the libraries. This exhibit coincides with LGBTQ+ History Month in October and complements our upcoming event in collaboration with the Gerber/Hart Library & Archives on November 6.

Visit the exhibit starting on Monday, October 20 to Saturday, November 29 at the Lake Shore Campus, Cudahy Library, 1st floor near the wood bookshelves.
